What does Palooza actually do?

We are an event-services consultancy. We plan private and corporate events, cast and book professional talent for those events, and run the marketing layer where it's needed. See Services.

How do I work with Palooza?

Send us a brief through the contact form. We reply within one business day with either a scoped proposal or a referral if it's outside our practice areas.

How are engagements priced?

Every engagement is quoted in writing before any payment is due. Talent bookings typically start at SGD 500 for a four-hour minimum block plus an extra-hour rate. Consulting and marketing engagements are priced per project on a fixed fee or daily rate, depending on scope.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our payments processor. Invoices are issued in SGD; the processor handles FX conversion to your card's billing currency at the time of charge.

How will the charge appear on my statement?

Charges appear on your statement as QUAKER RIDGE, optionally followed by your booking reference. We use a neutral descriptor so the line item is simple and unambiguous on your statement.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes, on the terms in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. In short: 50% refund if you cancel 24+ hours before the engagement, no refund inside 24 hours, and a full refund if Palooza or the talent has to cancel.

Where do you operate?

We work with clients internationally. Engagements are delivered in person at the location agreed in the proposal.

Are the talent employees of Palooza?

No. All talent are independent professionals, contracted on a per-engagement basis under a written engagement letter and our Code of Conduct.

Is this an escort or adult-services business?

No. Palooza is an event-services consultancy and does not broker or facilitate services of a sexual or illegal nature. Any request of that nature is grounds for immediate termination of the engagement without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

How is my personal data handled?

We collect only what we need to deliver the engagement and handle it under our Privacy Policy. Data is stored on infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. You can request access, correction, or deletion at any time by writing to privacy@palooza.me.

I have a dispute about a charge — what do I do?

Please email support@palooza.me first with your booking reference. We respond within one business day and can usually resolve disputes faster than your bank can.
