Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for refund

• 24 hours or more before engagement start: 50% refund of amounts paid.
• Inside 24 hours before engagement start: no refund.
• Cancellation by Palooza or assigned talent: full refund or, at your option, rescheduling at no extra fee.
• Force majeure preventing delivery: refund of fees paid, less reasonable non-recoverable costs already incurred.

2. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payments processor. Most refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your card issuer. Where the original method is unavailable, we may issue the refund by bank transfer.

Refunds are issued in the currency of the original charge. Where currency conversion was applied at the time of payment, the refunded amount in your billing currency may differ slightly from the amount charged because of exchange-rate movement; we do not absorb this difference.

3. Non-refundable fees

Where the Proposal designates a deposit as non-refundable (for example, to secure a venue or talent date), that portion is not refundable on cancellation by the client. All non-refundable amounts are clearly identified on the Proposal before payment.

Pass-through ad spend, third-party vendor deposits, and other non-recoverable costs already committed at the time of cancellation are not refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@palooza.me with your booking reference and a brief description. We respond within one business day.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was unauthorised or incorrect, please contact us first at support@palooza.me. We can almost always resolve disputes faster than your bank's chargeback process. We reserve the right to dispute a chargeback that is filed in violation of these terms or our Cancellation Policy and to recover associated fees.
