Last updated: 27 April 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and is not permitted in connection with Palooza's services, website, and platform. It supplements our Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.

Prohibited uses

You may not, and may not permit anyone acting on your behalf to:

  • Solicit, request, offer, or pay for services of a sexual nature in connection with any Palooza engagement.
  • Use Palooza or its talent for any unlawful purpose, or for any activity that would violate the law of the jurisdiction where the engagement takes place.
  • Engage with any talent who is, or appears to be, under 18 years of age. (Palooza does not engage minors as talent under any circumstances.)
  • Use Palooza in connection with human trafficking, forced labour, sexual exploitation, or any form of coercion.
  • Threaten, intimidate, harass, stalk, or otherwise endanger talent, guests, vendors, or Palooza personnel.
  • Use the platform to launder money, evade taxes, or commit fraud.
  • Bypass payment by paying talent directly, off-platform, in cash, or otherwise circumventing our processes.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Palooza service or content without our written agreement.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our website, platform, or infrastructure.
  • Misrepresent your identity, age, or eligibility to engage Palooza.

If you become aware of a violation of this Policy, write to support@palooza.me. Reports are handled confidentially.

Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate an engagement, refuse service, retain fees paid, refer the matter to law-enforcement authorities, and pursue any other remedies available to us at law or in equity in response to a breach of this Policy.
