An independent consultancy.
Palooza is a small, independent consultancy that plans, staffs, and markets events for private clients and businesses. We work end-to-end on the engagements we take on — from the initial brief through to wrap-up reporting.
We are deliberately selective about the work we accept. Most of our clients come through referral or repeat business. We prefer engagements where the client values discretion, organisation, and follow-through over scale.
Palooza is operated by Palooza LLC, a limited-liability company organised under the laws of the United States. We work with clients internationally and engage talent on an independent-contractor basis.
How we work
- Written, every time. Every engagement begins with a written scope and a fixed-fee or rate-card proposal. No verbal commitments.
- Documented decisions. Briefs, sign-offs, and changes are kept on the record so nothing relies on memory.
- Single producer. One Palooza producer is your point of contact from kickoff to wrap.
- Compliant payments. All payments are processed through a regulated payments provider with industry-standard fraud and chargeback protection.
What we don't do
We are an event-services consultancy. We do not operate adult venues, do not broker services of a sexual or illegal nature, and do not accept engagements that would require any of our talent to do so. This is set out plainly in our Code of Conduct and Acceptable Use Policy.
